application (8 settlement + 4 penalty anchors + 2 two-system stakes).

- Source: full-history XRPL testnet explorer (testnet.xrplwin.com), fetched 2026-07-23.
- Every file re-verified at fetch time: hash matches filename, meta.TransactionResult
  = tesSUCCESS, validated = true. Ledger indices preserved in each JSON.
- Purpose: testnet history can be reset; this archive preserves the evidence
  independently of any explorer. MANIFEST.sha256 pins file integrity.
